My name is Corey Walsh and I've been lucky enough to win Global Festival tickets. After recently browsing Black Keys items on eBay, I noticed an exceedingly large amount of festival tickets for sale. I found this appalling. Now while people could very well buy VIP tickets and resell them, I'm sure the vast majority of tickets were won and are now being sold at exuberant prices (considering this was initially a free charity event).
I'm excited to use the Global Citizen website in my classroom this fall and this kind of misuse of free tickets angered me very much. Please contact eBay or check into these would-be scalpers.
